Every Prana Pearls order ships fully insured, in discreet outer packaging with no indication of the contents, from our studio in South Florida.

Each piece is inspected and hand-finished before it ships. In-stock items ship within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Custom and special-order pieces ship on the timeline confirmed in writing for your order. You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your order ships.

Available carriers, service levels, and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. All orders ship with tracking and full insurance for the purchase value at no additional cost to you.

• Orders of $500 or more require an adult signature at delivery. No exceptions. This protects your purchase from porch theft and misdelivery, and it is a condition of our shipping insurance.
• Orders under $500 ship with tracking and insurance and may be left per standard carrier procedure.
• Signature requirements cannot be waived through carrier apps for insured jewelry shipments. If the carrier permits a waiver and you use it, risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier's recorded delivery.

We ship to street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders for orders requiring a signature. For security, high-value orders may only ship to the verified billing address or another address we confirm with you directly.

We do not currently offer international shipping through the Site. For international inquiries, including wholesale, contact info@pranapearls.com.

Track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier delays occasionally happen and are outside our control, but if your package is late, stalled, or shows delivered when it is not, email us within 48 hours and we will open a carrier trace and insurance claim immediately. Do not wait; insurance claims are time-sensitive.
