We keep this policy honest and short because our data practices are honest and short. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. 1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Order and contact information. Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address when you place an order, whether as a guest or through an account. If you send a gift, you may provide the recipient's name and address, which we use only to fulfill that delivery.
- Account information. Email address, password, name, and saved addresses if you create an optional customer account. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes; we cannot see or recover your password.
- Communications. The contents of emails and inquiries you send us, including custom order requests, repair requests, and customer service correspondence.
Information collected automatically:
- Order history. Purchases, order status, and fulfillment records associated with your email address.
- Log data. Like nearly every website, our servers and hosting infrastructure automatically record technical information when you access the Site, including IP address, browser type and settings, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. We use this data for security, fraud prevention, and site performance.

Payment information. We never see, collect, or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details go directly from your browser to Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, ship, and insure your orders, and send you order and delivery notifications
- Calculate, collect, and remit applicable sales tax
- Create and manage your account, if you choose to make one
- Respond to inquiries, custom orders, returns, warranty claims, and repairs
- Send transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping notices, and delivery confirmations
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse of the Site
- Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting law
- Improve the Site based on how it is actually used
We currently send transactional messages only. If we ever introduce marketing email, it will be opt-in, and every message will include a working unsubscribe link. We will not send you marketing simply because you bought something.
