Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines cover how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
What We Do
Accessibility is part of how we build the Site, not an afterthought:
- Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigability across the Site, including catalog, product pages, cart, and checkout
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Color contrast designed to meet AA thresholds in both light and dark themes
- Legible typography and resizable text
- Ongoing review of new features against WCAG 2.1 AA before release
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is a continuous process, and despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We regularly review the Site and prioritize fixes as we find issues or as they are reported to us.
